1. About Emirates Desert Tours
Emirates Desert Tours is a Dubai-based desert safari operator offering desert adventure experiences including:
- Morning desert safaris
- Evening desert safaris
- Overnight desert safaris
- Family desert safaris
- Private desert safaris
- Premium and VIP desert safaris
All experiences operate within Dubai.
We do not provide visa services, flight bookings, hotel reservations, or general travel agency services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is considered confirmed once confirmation is provided by our team
- Booking details such as pickup time and location are shared prior to the safari
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and pickup information
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are displayed per person or per vehicle, depending on the package
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise
- Some packages may allow payment on arrival, while others require advance payment
- Payment requirements are clearly communicated at the time of booking
- Emirates Desert Tours does not store sensitive payment information
4. Pickup & Transportation
- Pickup and drop-off are available from most locations within Dubai
- Pickup timing may vary based on location, traffic, and seasonal daylight hours
- Delays caused by incorrect pickup details or late availability may result in missed pickups without refund
5. Participation & Guest Responsibility
By joining a desert safari, guests confirm that:
- They are physically fit to participate or have informed us of limitations
- They follow instructions given by drivers and staff
- They understand desert activities involve natural terrain and movement
Guests may choose to skip any activity, including dune driving, at their own discretion.
6. Health, Safety & Restrictions
- Dune driving is not recommended for pregnant guests or individuals with certain medical conditions
- Guests must inform us in advance of medical conditions or special requirements
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Infants and very young children are not permitted to participate in dune driving
- Safety briefings are provided before desert driving
- Emirates Desert Tours reserves the right to limit participation for safety reasons
7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation terms vary by package and are shared at booking
- Free cancellation may be available within a specified window
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable
- Booking changes are subject to availability
- In rare cases of extreme weather or operational reasons, safaris may be rescheduled or refunded
8. Weather & Force Majeure
Desert safaris are subject to weather and natural conditions. Emirates Desert Tours is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Extreme weather
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
9. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the safari. Emirates Desert Tours is not liable for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by proven negligence.
10. Photography & Media
- Photos or videos taken during the safari may be used for promotional purposes unless guests request otherwise
- Personal photography is permitted unless restricted for safety reasons

- Website content is for informational purposes only
- Unauthorized use, copying, or misuse of content is prohibited
- We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:
- Emirates Desert Tours is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Participation in desert activities is at the guest’s own risk
- Liability is limited to the value of the booked experience

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
